Feds' $5M Thompson River Claim May Quell Solyndra Furor

Law360, New York (July 18, 2012, 8:34 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Treasury Department's bid earlier this month to recoup over $5 million in stimulus money from bankrupt power plant operator Thompson River Power LLC could produce an easy courtroom victory and help stanch criticism over Solyndra LLC's collapse, experts said.
