US Trustee Fights Dewey Over $700K In Retention Bonuses

Law360, New York (July 18, 2012, 5:56 PM ET) -- The U.S. trustee overseeing the New York bankruptcy of collapsed law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP on Wednesday objected to the firm's proposal to dole out up to $700,000 in retention and incentive bonuses to its remaining 52 employees, calling it "premature" and potentially economically unfeasible.
