Marks & Klein Kicked Off Quiznos Case Over Conflict

Law360, New York (July 18, 2012, 6:09 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Wednesday disqualified Marks & Klein LLP from representing a Quiznos franchise owner in a suit against the sandwich chain, saying an attorney for the firm had primary responsibility in defending Quiznos against nearly identical claims.
