Ad Biz Wants Its Own Rules On Mobile Privacy, Not FCC's

Law360, New York (July 18, 2012, 8:19 PM EDT) -- The advertising industry will soon extend to the mobile space a self-regulatory initiative to give consumers more control over online data collection, the Interactive Advertising Bureau revealed Monday, urging the Federal Communications Commission to refrain from regulating privacy on mobile devices.
