McTech Can Protest Construction Contract Early, Judge Says

Law360, Chicago (July 18, 2012, 6:09 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has rejected the government's motion to toss McTech Corp.'s pre-award bid protest over a contract to build a West Virginia conference center, ruling the plaintiff can challenge the U.S.' corrective action even at the procurement's early stage, an opinion released Monday said.
