Law360, New York (July 19, 2012, 1:11 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Wednesday refused to certify a class of retired airline pilots in a suit alleging U.S. Airways Group Inc. bilked them out of millions of dollars in interest by delaying the payment of lump-sum retirement benefits.
