Holland & Hart, Wells Fargo Sued Over $13M Property Deal

Law360, New York (July 18, 2012, 5:56 PM EDT) -- A group of real estate investors that put $13.4 million into two properties owned by imprisoned Ponzi schemer Val Southwick sued Holland & Hart LLP, Wells Fargo & Co. and a title company in Nevada state court Wednesday, claiming they were complicit in fraudulent activity.
