Caltrans On Hook For Part Of $31.5M Dangerous Road Verdict

Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 1:30 PM EDT) -- A California state court jury on Thursday awarded $31.5 million to a motorcyclist injured in a crash and held the state highway department responsible for the dangerous condition of a road that contributed to the crash, according to the victim’s attorneys.
