Fed. Circ. Mulls CRA's Protest Of $230M Army Contract

Law360, Washington (August 8, 2012, 7:02 PM EDT) -- CRAssociates Inc. pushed the Federal Circuit on Wednesday to send its protest of a $230 million U.S. Army health care contract awarded to rival contractor Spectrum Healthcare Resources Inc. to be re-evaluated, saying Spectrum received advantages that helped it win the contract.
