Fed. Circ. Eyes Roche's Bid To Stop Boniva Generics

Law360, Washington (August 9, 2012, 3:58 PM EDT) -- Pharmaceutical giant Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. told a Federal Circuit panel on Thursday that a New Jersey federal judge should have approved a preliminary injunction stopping Apotex Inc., Mylan Inc. and other generic-drug makers from releasing a generic of the osteoporosis drug Boniva, saying its patents protecting the drug were valid.
