Samsung Says 'Miniscule' Galaxy Sales Don't Harm Apple

Law360, Washington (August 20, 2012, 6:45 PM ET) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. on Monday urged a Federal Circuit panel to overturn a district court's order blocking Galaxy Nexus smartphone sales during Samsung's ongoing patent dispute with Apple Inc., saying the iPhone maker couldn't prove it would be irreparably harmed by one phone's competition.
