Kodak Didn't Infringe Apple Image Patents, Fed. Circ. Says

Law360, New York (July 23, 2012, 2:31 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday upheld a finding by the U.S. International Trade Commission that digital cameras made by Eastman Kodak Co. did not infringe two Apple Inc. patents covering image processing technology.

In a short, per curiam order, the appeals court affirmed the ITC's judgment in a case in which Apple alleged that Kodak violated Section 337 of the Tariff Act by making and importing digital cameras that infringed the image processing patents.
