Union Can't Derail NJ DEP Alternate Workweek Changes

Law360, New York (July 23, 2012, 8:21 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Monday upheld the approval of changes to the state Department of Environmental Protection's alternate workweek program for employees, with the Communications Workers of America unable to surmount a deference to administrative agencies over such decisions.
