Judge Consolidates Ky. Crash Suits For Now

Law360, New York (October 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- As suits continue to pour in over last year's plane crash in Kentucky, the federal judge overseeing the wrongful death litigation has opted to temporarily consolidate the complaints in hopes of the pretrial proceedings running more smoothly.

On Friday, U.S. Senior Judge Karl S. Forester entered his third amended case management order, officially lumping together the wrongful death suits filed in the wake of a fatal Comair Inc. plane crash that killed nearly 50 people.
