Doctors Union Sues Calif. County Over Discharge Threats

Law360, Washington (July 23, 2012, 5:08 PM EDT) -- The Union of American Physicians and Dentists sued Santa Clara County in California federal court on Thursday, claiming its officials have illegally threatened county clinic physicians to sign over their Medicare and Medicaid electronic health record incentive payments or face termination.
