NTP Ends Wireless Email Patent Feud With Apple, Others

Law360, New York (July 23, 2012, 6:27 PM EDT) -- Patent-holding company NTP Inc. said Monday it had reached an agreement to end its intellectual property battle with 13 different companies, including Apple Inc., Google Inc. and Microsoft Corp. over NTP's patents covering the delivery of email over wireless systems.

As a result of its agreement with the respective parties, all pending litigation between the companies and NTP will be dismissed, according to NTP.
