NY Court Reform Proponents To Push Harder For Legislation

Law360, New York (July 23, 2012, 6:49 PM EDT) -- Advocates of streamlining New York courts to create a two-tier system — erasing the current "labyrinth" of 11 trial courts — will ratchet up their efforts during and after the November election in hopes of advancing a constitutional amendment, a top reform proponent said Monday.
