General Ignored Afghan Hospital Corruption, Panel Hears

Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 9:05 PM EDT) -- Current and former military leaders told lawmakers Tuesday that a top U.S. general was politically motivated when he tried to delay a probe into corruption and bribery at a U.S.-mentored Afghan hospital where neglect and mistreatment were allegedly so bad that one colonel compared it to a Nazi concentration camp.
