Hostess Insurer Ducks $2.5M IP Defense Costs In 8th Circ.

Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 7:56 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit on Tuesday said a Hostess Brands Inc. insurer will not need to shell out $2.5 million for the company's defense of a trademark suit, ruling that Hostess failed to show that the underlying allegations involved the infringement of a title or slogan.
