USTR Pushes Congress To Normalize Trade With Russia

Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 8:15 PM EDT) -- U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk on Tuesday pressed Congress to pass legislation granting permanent normal trade relations with Russia, saying failure to do so could jeopardize well-paying jobs in the U.S.

In a speech to the U.S.-Russia Business Council, Kirk stressed what a key time it is for the U.S., Russia and businesses in both countries.
