Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 5:47 PM EDT) -- Antitrust authorities in the U.S. and Europe said Thursday they will require United Technologies Corp. to divest multiple assets covering electrical power generation and aircraft engine control systems in order for its $18.4 billion acquisition of Goodrich Corp. to go forward.
