American Superconductor Gets Investor Suit Pared Down

Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 7:24 PM ET) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Thursday dismissed Exchange Act claims against wind power company American Superconductor Corp. and several individual directors in investors' putative class action alleging a cover-up of a costly fallout with a major customer.
