Merrill Takes Race Bias Class Cert. Fight To High Court

Inc. on Wednesday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a Seventh Circuit decision permitting the certification of a class of black brokers in a race discrimination suit, saying it contradicted the high court's landmark Wal-Mart Stores Inc. v.
