AstraZeneca Denied Attys' Fees Despite Crestor Patent Win

Law360, New York (July 30, 2012, 7:58 PM EDT) -- AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP can't get attorneys' fees from Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. despite winning a patent fight over AstraZeneca's blockbuster cholesterol drug Crestor, a Pennsylvania federal judge ruled Thursday, saying AstraZeneca hadn't sufficiently proved that Teva acted in bad faith.
