DC Circ. Denies En Banc Review Of DCPS False Claims Case

Circuit refused Friday to rehear en banc a June ruling in a False Claims Act suit that rejected a relator's theory that the District of Columbia Public Schools' poorly documented Medicaid reimbursement claims should be considered damages.
