MLB, NHL Say Viewers Can't Demonstrate Antitrust Conduct

Law360, New York (July 30, 2012, 7:20 PM EDT) -- Major League Baseball, the National Hockey League and several of the organizations' teams and broadcasting partners on Friday sought the dismissal of class action antitrust allegations in New York federal court over the packaging of televised baseball and hockey games, saying viewers failed to allege harmful effects on the market.
