Law360, New York (July 30, 2012, 6:32 PM EDT) -- A former Intel Corp. employee who previously pled guilty to stealing more than $200 million worth of trade secrets asked a Massachusetts federal court Monday for a sentence of half a year's house arrest, days after prosecutors suggested he serve six years in prison.
