Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 9:02 PM EDT) -- Tax hikes set to go into effect in January are driving an uptick in private equity portfolio sales this fall as firms rush to record profits under lower-tax frameworks and clear out portfolio backlogs, attorneys and middle-market bankers say.
