Anadarko Can't Strike Alaska Pipeline Testimony: FERC

Law360, New York (July 31, 2012, 7:34 PM EDT) -- The oil giants that own the Trans-Alaska Pipeline won a skirmish in their battle with Anadarko Petroleum Corp. and Tesoro Corp. over rate increases Tuesday when two judges refused to strike portions of supplemental testimony from TAPS witnesses in Federal Energy Regulatory Commission proceedings.

Two presiding administrative law judges for the proceedings ruled that the testimony would remain on the record, but partially granted Anadarko's request for alternative relief, allowing them to file answering testimony.
