Peregrine Trustee Wants To Subpoena Bank Records

Law360, New York (August 01, 2012, 5:58 PM ET) -- The trustee charged with liquidating Peregrine Financial Group Inc. asked an Illinois federal bankruptcy judge on Tuesday for permission to examine the embattled brokerage firm's bank records to investigate potentially fraudulent transfers between its proprietary and segregated accounts.
