Judge Asked To OK Settlement With Cessna Owner

Law360, New York (October 03, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- The family members of a pilot killed in an Arizona crash of a Cessna 208B after encountering icing conditions are pushing a Kansas federal court to approve a settlement reached with the plane's owner.

The kin of Wade Allen Silvey filed an agreed motion with Brown County Financial Services LLC on Tuesday asking a Kansas federal court to approve the settlement and authorize the distribution of the proceeds. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
