Wal-Mart Workers' Damages Balloon To $141M

Law360, New York (October 03, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Wal-Mart Inc. will have to cough up an additional $62.3 million in liquidated damages to workers who won $78.5 million from the retailer in October 2006, in a lawsuit where a class of more than 100,000 plaintiffs alleged that they were not paid for all the time they worked, published reports say.
