Covidien Says AECOM Overcharged On Nuke Cleanup Contract

Law360, New York (August 02, 2012, 2:45 PM ET) -- Medical device company Covidien PLC on Wednesday accused environmental engineering firm AECOM Technical Services Inc. of breaching a contract by overbilling $12 million for a job to clean up a St. Louis facility contaminated with hazardous nuclear materials.
