Mendelsohn Suit Over Unpaid Legal Fees Advances In Pa.

Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 7:28 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge ruled Thursday that Mendelsohn Drucker & Associates PC's efforts to recoup over $400,000 in legal fees from a South Carolina construction products company for patent litigation counsel would move forward in Pennsylvania, rejecting the manufacturer's efforts to have the case dismissed or moved.
