Sens. Urge Antitrust Probe Of Universal-EMI Deal

Law360, New York (August 03, 2012, 4:12 PM ET) -- The chairman and ranking member of a Senate antitrust subcommittee warned the chairman of the Federal Trade Commission on Friday that the pending $1.9 billion acquisition of EMI Group by Universal Music Group raised significant competition concerns.
