8th Circ. Reopens Suit Over Cymbalta Suicide Risks

Law360, New York (August 3, 2012, 5:47 PM EDT) -- A divided Eighth Circuit on Friday revived a couple's suit blaming Eli Lilly & Co.'s antidepressant Cymbalta for their 16-year-old son's suicide, finding the family's physician might have changed his decision to prescribe Cymbalta had it come with adequate warnings from the pharmaceutical giant.
