Greenberg Traurig, TD Bank Sanctioned In Rothstein Case

Law360, Los Angeles (August 3, 2012, 9:22 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge sanctioned TD Bank NA and Greenberg Traurig LLP on Friday, finding the bank and its lawyers blameworthy for failing to hand over documents in a Ponzi scheme lawsuit that ended in a $67 million jury verdict against the bank in January.
