1st Circ. Upholds EPA Pollution Limits For Mass. Sewage Plant

Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 3:56 PM EDT) -- The First Circuit on Friday rejected challenges to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's nitrogen, phosphorous and aluminum discharge limits imposed on a Massachusetts sewage treatment plant, ruling that the EPA's decision was supported by the scientific record and was not premature.
