DOJ Urges Quick Approval Of E-Book Antitrust Settlement

Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 1:43 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice said Friday its proposed e-book antitrust settlement with Simon & Schuster Inc., HarperCollins Publishers LLC and Hachette Book Group serves the public interest and that there is no reason a New York federal court should delay its approval.
