MetLife Misled Investors On AG's 'Death List' Probe: Suit

Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 11:00 PM EDT) -- MetLife Inc. on Friday asked that an Alabama pension fund's lawsuit claiming the insurer understated the costs of New York regulators' probe into allegations that it selectively checked a federal death register, in order to withhold benefits owed to survivors, be transferred up to New York.
