Travelers Ordered To Defend Hospital In Sex Abuse Suits

Law360, New York (August 6, 2012, 10:24 PM EDT) -- Clarifying an earlier ruling, a Connecticut federal judge held Friday that Travelers Casualty & Surety Co. was obligated under both general liability and professional liability policies to defend a hospital against suits claiming one of its doctors sexually abused child patients.
