Cohen Milstein Partner Gets Nod To Serve On EEOC

Law360, New York (August 06, 2012, 7:39 PM ET) -- President Barack Obama has nominated a Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC partner and former senior trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division to serve on the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the White House said Thursday.
