ITC Accelerates Review Of Chinese Polyester Staple Fiber

Law360, New York (August 06, 2012, 7:15 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has voted to speed up its five-year review into the anti-dumping duty order on certain polyester staple fiber from China, it said Monday.

As a result, the commission will conduct an expedited review to find out whether revoking the current anti-dumping order would likely lead to harm in the domestic industry within the near future, the ITC said in a statement.
