Milwaukee Minority Groups Blast $1.7B Highway Project

Law360, New York (August 7, 2012, 3:59 PM EDT) -- Two community groups filed suit in Wisconsin federal court Monday challenging the government’s approval of a $1.7 billion Milwaukee highway project, saying it will exacerbate regional racial segregation and impact air quality and water resources in violation of civil rights and environmental laws.
