NY Wants To Keep $10B In Medicaid Funds To Continue Reform

Law360, New York (August 7, 2012, 3:00 PM EDT) -- New York State wants to keep $10 billion in federal Medicaid savings it expects to generate over the next five years and plow it back into the state's health care system in order to further lower health care costs, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Monday.
