Medicare Contractors Overpaid $1.6M For Cancer Drug: OIG

Law360, New York (August 7, 2012, 6:10 PM EDT) -- Medicare administrative contractor Novitas Solutions Inc. and two other former Medicare contractors overpaid claims for metastatic breast cancer drug Herceptin by $1.6 million, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Inspector General said in a report released Monday.
