Law360, New York (August 16, 2012, 1:09 PM EDT) -- In its recent decision in Associated Bank NA v. Stewart Title Guaranty Co., 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 104528 (D. Minn. July 27, 2012), the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota had occasion to consider when a loss is valued for the purpose of coverage under a title insurance policy.
