CPSC Targets Another Co. Over Magnet Balls Risk

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 8:19 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission on Monday filed an administrative complaint against Zen Magnets LLC alleging its Rare Earth Magnet Balls product is defective and poses a substantial risk to consumers because it can cause serious digestive problems if swallowed.
