News Corp.'s €1B Dutch Soccer Buy Pumps Up Sports TV Biz

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 12:05 PM EDT) -- Rupert Murdoch's News Corp. will add telecast rights to the Dutch soccer premier league to its portfolio for a reported €1 billion ($1.2 billion), broadcaster Eredivisie CV Marketing and Media said Wednesday, adding to the media empire's string of sports broadcasting buys.
