BSkyB Gets Regulator's Sports Channel Pricing Order Nixed

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 6:31 PM EDT) -- A British competition court ruled Wednesday that British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC does not have to start offering its sports channels to other retail distributors at lower rates, rejecting the U.K. Office of Communications' conclusion that BSkyB was strategically refusing to wholesale its premium offerings.
